1. Abnormal oil
Insufficient/leaking brake oil: Check the oil level in the reservoir and the sealing of the pipeline, replenish or replace the oil, and repair the leakage point.
Oil deterioration: High water content reduces boiling point, and new brake oil needs to be completely replaced.
2. Component wear or malfunction
Excessive wear of brake pads/discs: Replace brake pads or discs with excessive wear/replace brake discs.
Internal leakage of the sub pump/master cylinder: Insufficient pressure due to seal failure of the master cylinder, requiring replacement of the pump body.
Power assist system malfunction: Vacuum pipeline leaks or booster is damaged. Check for pipeline cracks and replace damaged components.
3. System blockage or design defects
Brake pipeline blockage: Clean or replace the blocked pipeline.
Electronic assist malfunction (new energy vehicle): Professional testing of circuits and control systems is required.
